Instructions:

ModDesign.zip has the PowerPt presentation. Therein is explained the
MDB which has 2 forms, Select Period and Control Switches. Periods 14-16
are setup for the demo. Use 1, 2 or 3 periods.

In the Control Switch form you can skip, stop & step through, and/or
monitor performance. Also explained in the PPT.

I setup the performance monitoring code for re-use.
